  1. >The broadcast regulator has found GB News in breach of its rules 12 times since it launched in 2021.

    >There are seven investigations still outstanding, including an one into a programme hosted by Dan Wootton in relation to fairness and privacy rules.

    >An episode of Nigel Farage’s show is being investigated for due impartiality.

    >Other programmes, including Breakfast with Eamonn [Holmes] and Isabel [Webster] are being investigated under rules about due impartiality and broadcaster views/opinions.

  2. 547 complaints? oh how the tables have turned, given this that is about their viewing figures

  3. I see Gbeebies are still speed running the path to being kicked off the air to become online only. Of course they’re going to become online only soon given their losses, but no doubt they’ll wait for ofcom to sanction them and then claim they are being ‘silenced’.

  4. Ahh the good old *could*. Wake me up when that changes to *will*

  5. I am really uncomfortable with foreign funded and owned media in Britain. Also media openly aligned with foreign regimes.

GBnews, Murdoch-owned garbage etc does nothing but harm to our society. Their objectives are always nefarious at best, and they will prioritize money over people’s lives 100% of the time.

In my opinions, information is a resource like water or air. If it is contaminated then it will harm those who consume it.

  6. About time too, Ofcom have been far too lenient with this shower for far too long.
