Il procuratore Karim Khan della Corte Penale Internazionale dell’Aia chiede l’emissione di un mandato d’arresto nei confronti del primo ministro israeliano Benjamin Netanyahu e del ministro della difesa Yoav Gallant per crimini di guerra e contro l’umanità nei Territori palestinesi.
Analogo provvedimento anche per i capi di Hamas.

>The independent judges of the International Criminal Court are the sole arbiters as to whether the necessary standard for the issuance of warrants of arrest has been met. I also stand ready to work with non-States Parties in our common pursuit of accountability.
