1. Russia has been bolstering its military presence in Libya for the past few months, according to a joint investigation from the independent outlet Verstka and the All Eyes on Wagner project. Libya has been mired in civil war since the fall of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, and Russia has long been accused of meddling in the conflict. Now, the Kremlin appears to be shipping more military equipment to Libya and the surrounding region and redeploying regular troops disguised as mercenaries, along with recruits from Wagner Group’s Africa operations.

8. People can bitch and moan about the U.S. meddling in other countries with the misguided goal of “spreading freedom”, but it’s more than clear that Russia is a belligerent player for one reason only – to kill, pillage, and stir shit up.

9. Maybe Russian should let Libya troops trained them instead, battle field results couldn’t get any worst. Wouldn’t Russian training translate to ok, so you go out and die, then your backup does and dies, then backup to the backup dies and it all repeats itself until enemy runs out of bullets. That’s how Russian wins.
