  1. Only in London is there *anything* on London’s South Bank.

  2. Probably more of a marketing exercise than a restaurant. I’ve seen drinks brands with ‘pop up bars’ along there that are just weekend long promotional events.

  3. Is it near that horrid, synthetic bullshit Battersea Power Station commercial development? Because Ninja have their offices in there… .

  4. My mum’s got an air fryer, so I thought sure I’ll try it out. Got a piece of breaded fish which took 20 minutes in the oven, she pops it in the air fryer and sets a timer for 18 minutes. So that’s 2 minutes saved. Came out exactly as if you’d stuck it in the oven for 20 minutes.

What the fucks the point? I genuinely don’t understand what it can do that a normal oven can’t

  5. Surely the point of an air fryer is for people that can’t be bothered to wait for a proper oven to heat up, don’t have the space, or simply don’t really know how to cook. What possible reason could there be for a commercial kitchen using one?

(I fully know what air-fryer fans are like, so I expect this to get downvoted like when you say god is made up).
