I have a small laptop table which had a fan in the middle. Its leg was broken so I need to throw it away. I removed the fan already, which I suppose would be counted as an electronic waste. The question is whether I can just throw it in Restabfall bin. I live in Niedersachsen, FYI. The scissors are for scale.
