I want to apply for a faculty in Koper. But I don’t have an idea how to do that. I don’t even know what is SI PASS and other. Please help me brothers and sisters. I am from Serbia btw

  1. This is to digitally enter the government website and sign the documents.

    Usually the website should be available in English.

  2. I think if you ask the faculty they will give you the means of verification (maybe Arnes) it looks like you’re already registered on the website but now you need a form of verification. But you should definetly just call/write the faculty and ask about this, unless someone here from outside of EU has experience.
