To anyone who doesn’t understand what I mean: he pulled every lever used to fight recession during the longest bull run in the history of the nation. When COVID came along, he couldn’t have shit the bed harder. The rose colored glasses are strong in regards to Trump’s economy, but him and his administration were driving it into the ground with record deficits, unnecessary tax cuts for the wealthy, and giving mixed and false messages regarding COVID that still persist to this day. The US is doing the best in regards to inflation of any G7 nation. Going backwards is not going to improve things.

There is no reason to suspect an economic recession. This is alarmist propaganda trying to get Biden to take the fall for the “bad” economy. In fact the economy is doing really well currently.
I just heard Biden mention inflation was at 9% when he took office. 9%! Trump left him with that. Biden inherited a very bad economy in 2020. Biden was right American’s are misinformed about the economy. Inflation was at 3.4% on the latest report. That’s a big difference. Biden was the one that signed into law the Inflation Reduction Act.
