  1. Wow – next, they might discover that many real-life football fans aren’t dweebs that sit around and endlessly whine online about bullshit accounting rules

  2. I see people in the states wearing City shirts more and more as well, and I’m not in a large city

  3. It’s like they can’t rationalize how they became big clubs to begin with, for some reason in their minds City growing a fan base through success is plastic but the red clubs all somehow have completely organic global fan bases that just happened to start supporting Liverpool in the 70s/80s and Arsenal/United in the 90s/00s because of “pashun”

  4. Yeah, im danish and i would say roughly around 1/2 of all children i meet are city fans.

  5. People who post on X and subreddits like r/soccer and r/premierleague do so only to farm fake internet points. Nearly all football supporters I speak to in real life keep saying City are the best team in the league, Pep is a genius, no mudslinging or insulting.

  6. What losers think about us is the least of my concerns 😉

  7. I live in Vancouver, and yes I see more United or Liverpool shirts but I see City shirt as well.

I was in Mexico two months ago. I saw a lot of Aguero, Haaland and KDB shirts. I don’t remember a Martinelli or Odegaard shirt.

  8. Soo…. Let me get this straight. You have (a dwindling) number of international fans and they are not plastic because how dare you. But when City has them, they will be all plastic, correct?
