11. This is confusing to me. The dogs were safely contained in a room when officers arrived. And
    “The family of the woman, who was the owner of the dogs, are being supported by officers.” was “the family” a boyfriend? A child of hers? Her dad? Several people? So do they mean “the family” owned the dogs, or that the woman owned the dogs?
