I’m sure this data holds up, but its honestly not a clever thing to be setting up life here unless you are making a healthy chunk of dosh, which most aren’t.
Riyadh in third place is the most surprising to me.
Maybe it’s all the foreigners moving there. In which case I’d rather see a study that compares long term residents / citizens instead of temporary people working on new crazy projects.
