    Conservative TV host Tucker Carlson has launched his own show on a Russian state television channel.

    The former Fox News anchor is presenting the program Tucker on the rolling news channel Russia 24, with the first episode now available online, Russian state newspaper Rossiskya Gazyeta reported.

    The paper said that the show is part of a joint project with Carlson TV, in which he will interview figures and politicians who have “alternative views to the mainstream.”

  21. This has likely more to do with his critical words against Trump coming to light than his favorability towards Russia. Trump has cancelled Carlson hard, so he can’t work in the US. If you can’t perform your chosen profession in the west, that just leaves not-the-west. And the Chinese likely won’t like his skin color.

And since almost no one watches TV nowadays, except for elderly, only now someone noticed that, twisted that into the title we see here for baiting purposes, and posted it. And the media just picked up that story as is, without checking the details.
