Two buildings, 16 flats, driveway to garages in between. For the most part, all of the neighbours put their bins out on a Monday evening along the grass lining the pavements. So could someone please explain WHY is it necessary to line the bins up across the driveway entrance?
The one bin in the photo that is moved out of the way is because when I got home last night, I pushed it out of the way with my scooter (none of these are mine)so I could park. The other residents have cars, and if they had come home to this, they would’ve needed to stop on the drive (blocking the pavement and the road both) to get out and move the bins. It’s dangerous, but also completely ridiculous and unnecessary.
Is it THAT hard to put them ANYWHERE else than across the entrance to the drive, or am I being unreasonable?

Jesus man speak to your neighbours or the bin men, how on earth do we know?!
