How effective are ATGMs against infantry? I don’t think the molten jet liquid penetrator would be very effective since it doesn’t spread out like shrapnel. Maybe the explosion itself might cause damage but they would need to be really close?
are those still armed with HE+shape charge or do these missles have another payload specifically for infantry?

It’s not spinning or has the sparks the stugna has when it’s first launched from the exhaust.
