A snippet from the light festival in Vilnius “Giant holding the sun”

  1. I was there and there’s a lot more to this exposition.
There was a projector setup to give the giant moving eyes and overlayed graphics accompanied by a melancholic old man voice-over talking about the heat death of our solar system.

  2. At first glance I thought this was some video game texture (Gothic specifically). That makes it even more interesting for me.

  3. Interesting art. Nice place in Vilnius.

In France in Lyon they have something similar called Festival des Lumieres… The festival of lights. I’ve been there like 2 years ago.

Vilnius (Lithuania) sounds like a great destination too, worth visiting !

  4. Vilnius sucks at this. Rarely any good events and all of them are always at city centre where like 90% of population needs to travel to for an hour, even longer. All pubs, bars, restaurants, theaters, etc. are there. Seems like great in pictures or on paper, but reality of the city is far far worse than I even made it to sound.

Worst run city in europe for decades.
