Regardless of how unpleasant these allegations are let’s all take a breath before this gets started and agree the simple facts;
She is innocent until found guilty by a jury of her peers.
Any commentary on the case could potentially lead to grounds for a mistrial/ collapse the case.
Nobody actually wants to see a case this serious fall over due to online speculation or someone on Reddit being involved in it and leaking confidential info etc.
Perhaps this thread should be locked off to protect the integrity of the court process? Or can people be trusted to be sensible?
Averaging more than one a month that’s well it’s something in not sure I can put into words.
I hope the truth comes out and I have nothing but sympathy for the parents of the alleged victims.
It should be illegal for media outlets to name people accused of crimes until they are proven guilty, regardless of who they are or what they’re accused of doing
(Aside from when someone is wanted, obviously)
