Law firms should really face greater consequences for taking junk suits like this: the DPO should have been contacted if there were concerns about data protection as a judge has said once before. Pursing this by the courts is just legal persecution. The partners at Carter-Fuck, as Private Eye like to call them, should really be answerable to the SRA for this kind of carry on.
The UK seems to have very weak protection against frivolous lawsuits. Especially when there is a pattern of harassment, as it seems to be the case here. (But to be fair, the US is even worse.)
Article makes it seem that at no point a rich woman has used the courts. It’s all “rich men”.

I think the problem is likely just rich people….
