Have a full canister on propane but major stores don’t have regulators for this. It possible this is 10-20 years old but is otherwise new.

Have you tried hardware stores like K-rauta/puuilo/bauhaus?
You could also ask gas suppliers like AGA/linde or welding shops.
It is not the typical connector though, so it might be a bit more tricky to find one.
