2. I’m starting to think that some of these russians don’t have mental capacity. (IQ less than 71) Sad to think some don’t know how to call and surrender, dodge the war or come in out of the rain. I know plenty are evil and willing to kill for money but it’s apparent some don’t have the capacity to make decisions for themselves.
