400 million isn’t nearly enough to monopolize Dublin.
I see they are trying to compete with The Ditch’s graphics department.
400 mill won’t go far in the current market!
also its a stupid time to be buying unless he’s building them himself
He’s a wanker is who he is, I’ve had the displeasure of meeting him
Full disclaimer: I know other members of his family, have only met the guy once. His mother died a few weeks ago, met her a few times and she was very nice. It is not just commercial property he is buying, he has bought a lot of farm land. I have had not direct dealings with him but the overall view of him around the area: nice and pleasant guy but he can be absolutely ruthless. There is one thing that I do hold against him and it will forever make me think little of him, despite whatever other success he has.
I thought war chests were only for Premier league managers
