This robot dog is helping decommission a nuclear power reactor. Engineers are working to dismantle a nuclear power reactor in Dounreay in the very north of Scotland.

1. Aww. I love his little plastic mac. I wonder if the scientists have a little carrier thing for taking him on the bus like people with chihuahuas do.

   Also, as it works where there could be patches of radiation, I feel they missed a trick not calling it “Spike”.

2. That’s pretty cool, reminds me of K9 in Doctor Who at Berkeley nuclear power station in the 70s
