Hey good news!
Sounds like election interference.
This is only gonna get more and more precarious as AI tech advances. We need to be laying the groundwork for regulating this stuff now.
“Confronted with the evidence, Kramer admitted that he commissioned the call, but he insisted he did it only to prompt stricter regulations of AI deepfakes.”
Oh yeah, great excuse! One step up from “the dog ate my homework”.
Meanwhile, [Republicans are voting *against* bills to combat AI used in elections.](https://www.yahoo.com/news/gop-opposed-u-senate-panel-155553798.html)
If you read the article, it was for other manners he used (which were obviously quite illegal) and not the act of deep-faking itself.
Funny how Republicans constantly claim there was *massive voter fraud* in 2020, yet nearly EVERY indictment for voter fraud or election interference is another Republican doing it.

I voted twice so the state would crack down on illegal voting.
Before commenting… read the article. “Kramer is a veteran get-out-the-vote consultant who has worked mainly for Democrats, especially in New York. At the time, he had a six-figure contract with the campaign of Rep. Dean Phillips, D-Minn., who was running a long-shot primary challenge to Biden.”
And people wonder why Biden didn’t want to release his voice recordings (especially with the written transcript available)
Hey dipshit, congrats on now having a criminal record. Hope it was all worth it to you.
