Wonder if Kroos retirement played a part in this. The team probably wants more veterans to stay to pass on the culture to the younger players. Either way, love that Nacho is staying at least one more year.
He’s possibly going to be our starting CB considering the 2 players who used to be in front of him in the pecking order are complete question marks how they will return from their injury. Really happy he is staying.
