Jamie Carragher: “Jude Bellingham is a phenomenon, but Phil Foden is England’s most naturally-gifted footballer. To suggest Foden is a ‘better player’ may sound like a criticism of Jude. It is far from it. But there are aspects of Foden’s game which set him apart from anything England has ever had.”

“You can prefer John Lennon’s songs to Paul McCartney’s and still admire the genius of both.” Always been a Ringo fan myself haha.
I agree with him (feel dirty) they’ve both got to play.
I personally think Foden is just ahead of him at the moment, but it’s important to remember Jude is 3 years younger
For as much as I can’t stand Carra he’s been weirdly big on Foden since his debut.
He said recently previously it was David Silva who was the jewel in the city midfield, then it was Kevins turn to take over. We’re now watching Foden take the mantle. Which is crazy when you think about it. Imagine having to follow up on Silva and KDB.
I’m just hoping that we can fit them in an England team together in a method that works for them both. They’re both brilliant footballers and truly world class talents
