  4. I mean, even though these are rich celebrities and it often feels like they don’t operate the same as us normies.. I feel like just going over there and politely asking them to turn it down is still the most reasonable first step. This is no different than any other noisy neighbor; people just want a reason to hate Bono

  11. I’ve hated Bono and U2 ever since they loaded music onto my iPhone.

  12. If I understand the article correctly Bono rented a house so he could throw a loud late night party that would certainly disturb the neighbors.

    He obviously has a large home well equipped to host a loud late night party but he did not want to create animosity with his own neighbors.

    He rented the home so that the party would disturb OTHER people, then afterwards he could retreat back to his own palatial home in his peaceful neighborhood.

    The purpose of getting a house for the party was because he knew it would be over the line bad behavior, so he preferred to inflict it on strangers. This is rude and entitled.

    He could have rented a nightclub and had a loud and long party.
