    Starlink operating frequencies are publicly stated. Anyone can jam it. It’s not some secret enigma machine that Russia managed to crack. And no Musk didn’t turn it off.

    Offence / Defense dosey-do, for hundreds of years of wars.

    The Russian transmitters must be powered on (most of) the time, to be effective at jamming.

    Counter is a Ukraine HARM (radiation seeking) missile that homes in on the Russian transmitters.

    Should be easy for a dumb seeker to spot, as the Russian transmitter must broadcast at high power levels, to “shout down” the Ukraine transmitters. They must light up the sky.

    Suggest having approx geo coordinates of the Russian transmitter entered.
    — so the Ukraine HARM missile does not accidentally target their own genuine starlink transmitters.
    — Not assuming GPS is working. It might also be jammed.
    However INS Inertial Navigation Systems are good enough until the missile gets close.
    Then the passive seeker homes in on the high power Russian transmitter.

    Perhaps ATACMS can have an alternate seeker warhead?

    A new breed of HARM drones would be interesting. They can loiter over the approx area of Russian transmitter, then turn into an attack kamikazi.

    Important: Strike the Russian transmitters wherever located, including inside Russian territory. Radio frequency transmissions do not respect political borders. Carrier waves do not halt at a guard post.

    Since there are no authorized Russian users of Starlink (according to Musk), any Russian use of Starlink within Russian territory is fair game in a war. Do not ask U.S. permission on this. “Just do it”.
