It’s funny to read this as I was just thinking about how closely the “not in our time” signs I have seen at the current antiwar rallies mirrors the “peace in our time” talk of Chamberlain in the leadup to WW2, which makes the newer version all the more misinformed as isolationism has contributed to deaths on a scale that would make the current conflicts happening seem minor.

  24. I don’t think the White House should be worried about them. They have several other concerns they should focus on. If that was their biggest worry when October rolls around then they are in a good place.
