I need to go from Bonn to Hamburg tomorrow and in confused about the DB Navigator app. It says Deutschland-Ticket not valid (Riesa – Dresden-Neustadt) and Deutschland-Ticket not valid (Dresden-Neustadt – Dresden Hbf). Does that mean it's only not valid for these 3 stopps or for all other stops? Can someone tell me? The way it is expressed doesn't make sense to me.

  1. The Deutschlandticket is not valid at all on this train, it’s a long distance train.

    There are certain regional tickets sold by VVO that can be used for a specific portion (Riesa to Dresden) of this train, the Deutschlandticket not being one of them.
