  6. The LEAST relevant stat in the world! This is one area where you don’t want to be cheap. If you’re trying to win the titles you want the best captain on your ship, not the least expensive. Is Flick the best? We’ll see after 1 year if his point total surpasses Xavi’s. Something tells me it wont.

    Xavi had to pay from his pocket to break his Qatar’s club contract. He had to pay 2.5 M.

    His first year salary was 3.9 M
