Democratic senators request meeting with Chief Justice Roberts over flags flown at Alito’s homes

  5. They could request a meeting in New York outside the Donald Trump campaign fraud trial next week. Sam Alito would love to attend, and we’ve already had a parade of legislative branch members of Trump’s Republican party show up there. Might as well get some judicial branch of the United States to represent as well, because that’s where Alito and the conservative wing want to be (all in on Team Trump) anyways.

    It’s not weird in the times we live in. It definitely is in any other time in our country.

  19. In that meeting they should make it clear that after they get rid of Manchin and Senema their will be changes made to the SCOTUS and he can be part of the decision making process or term limited out. His choice.

  25. As a democrat I don’t understand the Dems infatuation with things that are already well established. Roberts, Alito, Thomas…they’re all hard-right republicans. They are not going to be fair or see things your way. They are not going to recuse themselves because they have bias.

  30. Anyone remeber when Alito was in the process of being elected into the Supreme Court? Everyone knew at that time he was going to be the one pushing against roe v wade and that it was going to cause an immense amount of problems in the future. Here we are this guy is doing exactly what everyone thought. Many many many people were upset when this guy got in. They knew he had problems. Now we’re finding out he does this shit with a flag. This guy need to get kicked out!

  33. Could Alito flying those particular flags at those particular times, given his position on the court and the cases before it, be considered giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States?
