9. I used to be air defense a while ago on a medium to long range mobile surface-to-air missile (SAM) system. Because air defense systems are a high priority target, this was my nightmare. Trying to shoot aircrafts or missiles out of the sky and seeing the missiles getting closer and closer on the radar screen and not being able to knock the missile(s) out of the sky.

   Because you literally see the missiles going through the circles of the radar screen until it gets into the small circle in the middle, where you are. And boom. Pretty terrifying way to go.
