1. It’s going to be a legal tangle where cats are concerned. They tend to choose where and who they live with regardless of “owns” them.

2. Amazing that this wasn’t made law sooner imo. I do worry about cats that choose to live elsewhere without the owners permission though. Could be a bit awkward… Officer we didn’t steal the cat they just like us more than the owners lmao

3. What a stupid headline. It’s already a crime. 

   This just makes the sentence longer, which I doubt will make a vast difference to police priorities.
