1. If they were at their desks, they wouldn’t be repairing the meter, so that doesn’t make sense in the first place.
2. Why does this person want it fixed? Surely they are able to park for free due to it being broken.
I am pretty confident that desk based council officers are not the same people as those who fix parking meters.
I am also fairly sure that this was written by one of the many people who are jealous of people who are still WFH, and can’t imagine how it’s possible to not be office based and still do their job
Free parking then? Nope I’m being too naive and optimistic.
