I can imagine someone speeding in the tunnels already
because we know what happens when you act like asshole in a tunnel and people dies because someone was “in a hurry” . also:radars
In my experience people drive pretty much according to the speed limits in the Walensee tunnels, never felt like people are being slowpokes there.
mostly because tunnels are filled with radars and if you drive just 5 km/h over the limit you get a ticket
Tunnels are 100km/h and people go that speed ?
That’s because we’re clever and don’t want to die in a ball of fire underground.
I assume you mean they drive lower than the signaled speed limit:
Yes I agree, it drives me crazy, also when swiss drivers overtake trucks with 105km/h, and then accelerate to 140 again when they survived this very dangerous adventure.
