I’ve noticed the pallets are used to disguise the core of old sofas and mattresses.
Given the number of sofas and mattresses in the Ballysally one, which appeared quite suddenly, I would assume they are coming from the council waste depots. If this is not official council business someone high up is at least turning a blind eye.
