Landlord send me annual cost report of nebenkosten. I will attach the images.
In the first page, it says 1902 euros. But she says I have to pay 1902,55 + 393,23.
The amount 393,23 is mentioned in the 3rd image. The amount is for Wartung Wohngebäude + Hausr./Winterdst/Gartenarb. + Hzg./Wa./Ka.Abr.delta-t combined.
But from what I read in the first page, it seems like those categories are already included. I have been talking to my Landlord back and forth for long and I am still not satisfied. It would be really helpful if you could have a look at the report and charges and let me know what you think.
