   Ukraine had used his technology with his permission, to keep the Russians at bay, since day one.

   Yes, he is looking to end the conflict prematurely, because he is afraid of nuclear war.

   Perhaps rightfully so.

   He takes a different stand, but to all of you who you just downvote, because he does not publicly claim he wants Ukraine to win, you should understand different paradigms.

7. I doubt it. 

   If any human simulacrum like Musk claims to be spending a lot on something seemingly altruistic, it’s likely that they’re getting a free win due to some technical detail and they want to own the credit for that windfall. 

8. Elon has to help Ukraine to maintain US government contracts, it’s as simple as that. He will do whatever is in his best interest and losing launch clearance when he invested billions in the US is a non starter. He may have pro Russian political views but the US government has stepped in and made Starlink as secure as possible and to avoid Russian use of the system. It’s really a complex issue as these systems are sold in areas that don’t have use restrictions and are sold to Russia. If anyone thinks Elon is deliberately allowing the Russians to use these systems while under US usage restrictions they are greatly mistaken.

9. Previous to now it was Musk who was doing the jamming. Maybe Uncle Sam had a little talk with him.

SpaceX is probably engaging in a technological competition with russian hackers because that is freaking cool.
