1. Given that the Russians blew up innocent Dutch people in 2014, it’s unsurprising.

4. Conversations on this now being held at White House level in the US also.

   I suspect there will be a combined announcement… the restrictions were bad enough when most of the fighting was east/west within Ukraine, but with the new north/south attacks around Vovchansk there’s a clear case of Russia being able to camp in complete safety over their border and fire at will into a Ukrainian city, giving us scenes like the mall attacks yesterday.

   Russia may regret that attack.
