Advice for trip in the Værøy area

I am leaving in mid-June to visit Lofoten for the first time and I will spend a few days in Værøy Island and ask myself the following question:

Is it better to book a sea excursion that leaves from Værøy to observe birds (I found the Puffin bird Tour, Værøy Brygge – https://vaeroybrygge.com/events-2-1/event-one-spsnc) ?

Or is it even better to take the excursion from Røst Island (I found Day at Sea, Seabird Safari – https://www.day-at-sea.com/seabirdsafari) ?
