France plans to restrict unemployment benefits

1. Looks like France is following Argentina’s lead and cutting back on welfare to encourage people to go to work and get some economic growth.

2. I wish I remembered which country, one of the Scandinavian ones I think, but they had super generous unemployment, like 2 years. They realized something like 90% of people got a job in the last month. So they cut benefits to 18 months and again something like 90% of people got a job in the last month, so they cut down the number of months for unemployment, and again the majority of people got employment the last month.
