The importance of all active bystanders involved (calling out certain behaviours and standing up to a bully/attacker), can not be overestimated.

Please be an active bystander – when yiu can/it is safe for you to do so – or call authorities if not possible.

  4. I presume he’s not actually an IDF soldier.

    But attacking random innocent women and running away from a fair fight seems like evidence that he might be. Maybe the woman he assaulted was just in his way as he was on his way to carry out an attack on a legitimate target?
