  16. At least they have heard that he want’s to be dictator. There was a poll a while back that showed that many don’t know that he has repeatedly stated that he want’s to be dictator.

I am having a really hard time understanding the juxtaposition of Trump getting loudly booed at something like this, all the anecdotal evidence that he’s broadly hated, the GOP primary exit polls showing that a lot of GOP voters would rather vote for a ham sandwich or even *gasp* Biden than him; all those things laid up against polling which shows him in a dead heat or even winning in November.

    I keep telling myself to just ignore the polls but man is it disconcerting. How can someone this immensely unpopular have even a snowballs chance in hell at this point?

  21. This is how you get rid of him. Make him look stupid, lacking control. Yes, he is that anyway, but he is never seen like that in conservative media. Hiding the boos, the jeers, is harder with this being an actual convention.

    My opinion is that the majority of his followers do not follow shit. They like him because he is an asshole, and they see that as portraying strength. When he is shown weak, they will start to drift.
