  1. He’s tier 1..welp it was gonna happen someday 😭😭😭😭🥲

  2. so eras do come to an end huh? it’ll be a sad day truly, and any manager that takes over will immediately get a lot of stick by the media, fans etc. cause no one will be able to live up to what Pep did. Hopefully we’ll get a great a replacement now that the club knows they’ll have a longer time to prepare it

  3. Expected??? Surely he could possibly still change his mind right?

  4. I was hoping he would extend for at least a year or two but Tolmie mentioned something a week ago about him and KDB maybe moving to NYC FC. So I guess he wasn’t lying about it.

  5. Oh it’s actually happening. Can’t believe it. Statue needed.

  6. I think this news is meant as a signal to the market, and coaches like Michel: dont go anywhere now because next season there will be a spot vacant for you.

    Who are we going for?

Xabi Alonso, Michel, Kompany, De Zerbi?

  7. The delusion in me never thought I’d see the day this would happen…

Been an incredible ride if it is in fact true. Hope the players and supporters send him off with the support he deserves and every trophy imaginable.

  8. The board have an almost impossible task over the next year of trying to find his successor. Hopefully Pep will be heavily involved in the search

  9. Probably good for the fans to get this kind of information early, even if it’s not set in stone yet it’s best to not expect another extension. Hopefully it doesn’t affect next season too much though, don’t want the team to have to play with the pressure of giving Pep a big farewell tour or anything like that.

Feel like these past 8 years have flown by, have loved almost every moment of them, and I certainly won’t take anything for granted next year.

  10. No shit?? His contract runs out and he’s yet to show sign of penning an extension. Not even news

  11. The one thing I want him to do before he leaves is aid in finding a replacement for De Bruyne. Foden has already cemented himself in midfield, almost playing like Gundogan. We just need a De Bruyne replacement

  12. Weren’t there reports that Tximi would step down whenever peo does too?

  13. What do people think of ange as a pep replacement? I haven’t watched too much of Tottenham, but they seem like they did solidly, and I like ange’s mindset of winning similar to
    Peps

  14. I mean this is just rumor, ppl need to stop jumping to conclusions

  15. Damn, looks like it ends sooner than expected.

It was bound to happen at some point but fuck me, Pep leaving will hurt

  16. It’s coming soon, the treble was the big moment for pep, this is just a rumour but now klopps gone it’s hardly surprising if pep decides to follow, the guy deserves whatever he wants, khaldoon and the crew will be looking constantly for the next steps

  17. I wouldn’t confirm it 100% until it comes from the horses mouth.

I know the fella is good value for city news, but things can change. Khaldoon might sit down with Pep before then, so you never know.

  18. Nothing but pure gratitude for all Pep has done for our club

  19. I heard negotiations are currently ongoing to extend past 2025 , but we’ll see. We all knew he wasn’t staying forever.

  20. Get my skippers name. Out. Of. Your. Damn. Mouth.

  21. 1 year to convince him to stay

If it is his last season we gotta win the CL again. Should have won this year

  22. end my fucking life, what will i do without my beautiful bald fraud on the sidelines 🙁

  23. We knew this would eventually be coming. And I will enjoy every moment of Pep. Pep forever and ever.

  24. Mods please can we delete this.
Not because I don’t trust the source, more so we can live in denial and pretend it’s not happening.
