A security alert is underway at Henry Jones Playing Fields on the outskirts of east Belfast.
Police are at the scene in the Castlereagh area.
The playing fields are currently closed while searches continue.
Police have asked road users to avoid the area at this time.

East Belfast ladies were due to be playing there at 12:30 today. The mouth breathing knuckle draggers are at it again. Imagine being threatened by ladies GAA. Pricks.
It was primary school children playing on the pitch at the time it was found (near the goalposts). Absolute scumbags.
The timing of it after the election being announced is likely not a coincidence. With Gav’s seat in danger they need to stoke up anti alliance sentiment and they’ve already been quick to speak out against what happened.
