1. Plane crash. Yanukoych misses Ukraine and wants back in. He was planning on sneaking back and begging for mercy. He’s a nobody in Russia.

2. It pretty obvious with Putin saying recently that he wont negotiate with the “illegitimate” government for peace that he still is pushing that lie a decade and 2 elections later and hoping eventually to put his puppet Yanukovych back in power.
