  1. Maybe not and terrorist war criminal murderers succeeded in death destruction terrorizing Ukrainians.

  2. 50k ruzzians lost for a handful of villages. Putin really pulling a reverse Sun Tzu here.

  3. Even someone who doesn’t pay attention to this war would know that. That’s how bad the Russians failed 🤣

  4. I think it’s a way too early to say that. We know the operation forced UA to send a large portion of its most experienced and effective units (Kraken, 3AB, Terra, Azov, etc.) to Kharkiv. That in its self can be vital to exploiting UA’s manpower shortage and unbalancing troop rotation a long the front in the face of an imminent Summer offensive.

Right now, the majority of RU’s most valuable units are still in the Donbass region. Several major offensives are either in progress or concentrating for maneuver. If UA is able to rapidly shift it’s forces between these attack vectors, and prevent any significant breakthroughs, then you can say it was a complete failure.

I’m not a troll, I don’t support RU, but I also don’t think its correct to call this a failure. No matter what the stated goals from Putin or the MoD are, this is clearly part of a much larger offensive operation, and needs to be analyzed within that context.

What should be payed attention to, is UA’s capability to counter attack as RU gains are made a long the front in the coming months. That will give us an idea of the size and flexibility of UA’s reserve manpower given the increased line of contact in Kharkiv.
