  1. Disappointed not to see a picture of all these feral chickens (ideally attacking someone) in the article. In front of a frowny man with his arms crossed.

  2. Run free my chicken brethren. Strength in numbers. Conquer the land.

  3. This is why you shouldn’t whack them with your master sword.

  4. Bullshit.

“They also complained of an influx of people travelling to see the birds and leaving food for them, which is attracting rats. This has created a febrile atmosphere, with reports of rising tensions between residents and visitors.”

Who the hell travels to see chickens let alone feed them?

A dog walker, who did not wish to be named, added: “People in the new houses are moaning about them, but they’ve been here such a long time and there’s more important things going on in the world than a few chickens. They should get a life.

Most likely the truth of this story.

  5. I can’t imagine the chickens can put much of a fight against foxes around there.

  6. Some short kid with a sword and tunic stabbed one in the forest again didn’t he?

  7. Perhaps the local ‘trail hunt’ should switch to a new quarry.

  8. Sounds like that village needs a KFC to help bring these feral foul under control.
