Previously he claimed responsibility for the building of a new DART station which was 100% nothing to do with him, now he is claiming that some new water pipes being built by Uisce Éireann are his too. And apparently he’s going to be laying some tarmac which I would love to see. #frankanddishonest. #le2024

  1. I’ve seen similar with FG candidates in Carrigaline, Co. Cork. It’s as if, because they are in government they can take accountability for everything the council will be doing anyway.

    In this essay I intend to… take credit for things that the council and/or Irish Water is doing and expecting the plebs who actually paid for it to shower me with gratitude and votes.

    Fuck FG. The only reason I’m voting at all is to vote for anyone who isn’t FF/FG. What I’m actually worried about in my constituency is a lot of people doing the same are going to be voting for the Aontu ‘close the borders’ fascists. I do think we need to do something about people pouring in here while we have a housing crisis but those boyos are trying to get into government solely on that and it might work in some areas like the backwater I’m stuck in.
