When was the last time they lost fewer than 1000 personal?
The tank numbers are declining. Not as fast as I expected them to but they are declining. Soon they should be down to four per day or whatever their true replacement rate is.
Damn was there a party on Friday?
The confederates had 483k casualties. The Union 646k. Then comes WW2 at 1.07M and they will reach that within 4 years at this rate of their military operation.
The activity of Russian unit attacks on the fronts has slightly increased.
– There are no significant changes in the direction of Kharkiv, and battles continue at previous points. More permanent positions for both sides are forming, with a gray area between them. Russian forces lack the prerequisites for a major breakthrough or offensive.
– In the Svatove and Severodonetsk regions, the activity of Russian unit attacks toward the city of Kupiansk has increased further, but they failed to make progress yesterday. The intensity of the offensive has also slightly increased toward Lysychansk and Siversk, but there are no signs of any progress.
– Russian army attacks were very active west and south of Bakhmut. The fights for the city of Chasiv Yar and the village of Klischiivka continue. There are no permanent changes in the deployment of forces.
– The Russian army is conducting the most offensive attempts west of Avdiivka. Russian units have made minor advances. During the battles in the Avdiivka area, the Russian army also lost a Su-25 attack aircraft yesterday. The number of Russian attacks increased in the south as well, but these did not bring success yesterday.
– In the southern front, there are a few isolated attack attempts around the village of Robotyne. On the east bank of the Dnipro, Russian unit attacks in the Krinki area were very active, but Ukrainian positions remain in their former locations. There are unconfirmed reports that Ukrainian forces have begun attacking Russian positions in the neighboring settlement of Kozatske Lagera near Krinki, but this information is still preliminary. It is not credible that Ukrainian forces are planning a major attack on the east bank of the Dnipro. However, even expanding their positions would have a paralyzing effect on the Russian army command.
