Ukraine gets their PoW back with missing teeth, broken bones and diminished mental state, they send PoWs back to Russia in a decent state. Russia bombs their civilians structures and disregards civilian lives while Ukraine picks targets carefully. This is why Russia is chipping small strips of land from Ukraine and not the other way around. Unless Ukrainians make the war uncomfortable for EVERY single Russian out there, they will lose.
