Yes! I soo much agree with this! I already call this a very reasonable option from day one of the conflict. We (NATO) can do this, and should do this. But we have been dragged down by bullying talks and dragging feet by some (ie Schulz). If no bold actions are being undertaking, we will be nothing more then a bunch of frogs in the pot and Putinni will get what he wants and Europe will be disrupted to exist for decades.
just have volunteer countries shoot down the russian drones and missiles that fly over Ukraine. Like Poland. they can launch them from within their border

Surely better to focus resources on getting Scholz to authorize provision of Taurus missiles before trying to get them to him to agree to anything else.
The very first incursion of a Russian missile, even if by accident, into NATO territory, as happened in Poland and Romania, should already have initiated such a move.
